WHAT SERVICES DO YOU PROVIDE?
We provide hair styling and makeup services for photo shoots, events, television, production and like activities. Our stylists are licensed cosmetologists in the state of TN.
FITNESS ADVICE TO GET INTO SHAPE
It can be daunting trying to fit into the right wedding dress and the last thing you want to do is try and get in shape last minute. So we have partnered with the team at www.fitnessequipment.reviews and we can help you get into that wedding dress and look amazing on your special day!
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE?
Depending on the service requested it will be between 30-45 min per service. Longer/more dense hair and more intricate styles can take up to an hour. Photo Ready makeup can take up to an hour.
HOW DO I PREPARE FOR MY APPOINTMENT?
For UPSTYLING and DRY STYLING we ask that you have dry hair, preferably day old for best results. If you have damp or wet hair you will be charged for a blow out in addition to the service requested. We may refuse service if hair is damp or wet as we might not have time to complete both services.
For blow outs we ask that you wash your hair 15 min prior to our arrival.
For makeup we ask that you have a freshly washed face, moisturizer is okay.
If you have animals please note that some of our stylists are allergic and we ask the animal be crated or put away.
Our team needs an outlet to perform services and a place to put their tools. Some of our stylists have their own chairs, and some do not. We ask that you have a chair with a low back, or a backless stool for hair services so the stylist can access you’re your hair accordingly.
Time is of the essence so please be prepared when our stylists arrive. If you have any specific allergies or request please let us know prior to our arrival.
If there is any gate codes/door codes please provide these prior to our arrival, or be available to give our team access to your building. If you are at a hotel please let the front desk know we are coming so
they can provide us with your room number and a key. We will leave all keys with your after we gain access to the room.
WHAT SERVICE AREA AND LOCATIONS TO YOU GO?
We currently are serving hotels and select condos/apartments in Nashville Proper. If you are located outside of this service area or a single family residence please call 615.927.8940. We may also provide service at our studio in west end.
I DON’T SEE THE LOOK I WANT IN YOUR GALLERY?
Our team is familiar with all types of looks and application and will customize based on your needs.
WHAT PRODUCTS DO YOU USE? WHAT IF I HAVE AN ALLERGY?
Our team uses a wide range of products including MAC, Temptu, Lorac, Urban Decay, MUF and many more. We use what is tried and true and has long lasting wear. If you have any allergies please let us know when booking your appointment. We are not able to use your at home products at this time for insurance purposes. We have a high level of sanitation and cleanliness practices and brushes are cleaned prior to each application.

WHAT HOURS DO YOU PROVIDE SERVICE?
We provide services Tuesday-Sunday from 7am to 8pm. Should you need service outside this time please contact us at 615.927.8940.
Our Office Hours are Tuesday-Saturday from 9am to 5pm. Any requests received after office ours will be answered the following business day.
DO YOU SERVICE WEDDINGS?
Our wedding services are contracted and booked through our Bridal section. They are not serviced through Groom Service as they require planning, details, and are contracted. Our bridal coordinator will be happy to review details for your wedding and set up a consultation for any wedding services. 615.927.8940.
Due to the nature of the appointment and our busy schedule we take payment for service up front. Should you cancel within 48 hours of your appointment we will not be able to process a refund. By using our services you agree to these terms.
Clients that are late are subject to a lesser service time or additional payment for the added time of service. Should you be late and we are not able to accommodate the service there will be no refunds on the service.
